Our current launch stage

This website currently provides information about Aimbot Leads and accepts business inquiries, optional email-update requests, and privacy requests. We are not currently selling consumer lists or accepting online orders. We use Google Analytics to understand website use. Advertising pixels, visitor-identification services, and automated email-marketing integrations are not active on this launch site.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Aimbot Leads, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Aimbot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Aimbot Leads website, including aimbotleads.com and the hosted version of this website. This policy applies to information we handle through this website, business communications, and privacy requests. Aimbot is an independent business.

Our planned service is the resale of third-party mailing and email lists for marketing by U.S. insurance agents and agencies. Section 5 explains that planned service separately from current website practices. This policy does not authorize new uses of personal information merely because they are described as future plans.

For privacy questions, contact team@aimbotleads.com or write to Aimbot Leads, LLC, Attn: Privacy, 1331 Lincoln Hwy Ste 481, Levittown, PA 19056.

2. Information we collect and its sources

We collect the following categories when you interact with us. You choose whether to provide optional information. Required form fields are identified in the form.

CategoryExamples and sourcesPurpose
Identifiers and business contact detailsName, email address, and agency or company name that you give us in a form or correspondence.Respond to inquiries, discuss our planned services, and communicate with you.
Communications and preferencesYour message, campaign requirements you choose to describe, email-update choice, submission time, and the version of the notice presented.Manage inquiries and document communication preferences.

Website and security informationIP address and technical request information received by hosting infrastructure; a daily derived network identifier used by our form’s abuse controls; site traffic information made available by our hosting platform; and Google Analytics cookie identifiers, page visits, interactions, device/browser information, and approximate location.Deliver and protect the website, prevent spam, diagnose problems, and understand overall site use.

The principal sources are you, your browser or device, people authorized to communicate for your business, and providers that operate the website and our business email. We do not require consumer lists, insurance applications, payment-card details, or health information to respond to a business inquiry.

3. How we use information

  • Operate the website and receive, organize, and respond to business inquiries.
  • Discuss product availability and your requested markets or campaign needs.
  • Record your optional choice to receive Aimbot product news and launch updates, and communicate consistently with that choice.
  • Process privacy requests and keep records of actions and preferences.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate technical issues, and protect the website and its users.
  • Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The subscription checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. A reply to your inquiry is separate from an email-marketing subscription.

4. When we disclose information

Providers helping operate our business. Website hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and its supporting infrastructure, process information to serve the site and store submissions. Brevo processes form contact details, request contents, and delivery information to email submission notifications to our team. Google processes website usage information through Google Analytics to help us understand traffic and improve the website. Our business email provider processes messages sent to or from our business address. Authorized people acting for Aimbot may access information as needed to respond, maintain the service, or handle privacy requests.

Professional advice and legal obligations. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities when needed for advice, a lawful request, fraud prevention, protection of rights, or legal proceedings.

Business changes. Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements.

At your direction. We may disclose information when you specifically request or authorize it.

At this launch stage, we do not sell website inquiry information or disclose it to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not add contact-form submissions to lists offered for resale. This statement describes the current website; our intended consumer-list resale business is addressed below.

5. Our planned mailing and email list service

Aimbot intends to license third-party audience data and resell permitted mailing and email lists to U.S. insurance agents and agencies for direct-mail and email marketing. Planned selections include state, county, ZIP code, age range, household income, homeownership, and other vendor-supported attributes. A selection option does not necessarily mean that the underlying attribute will be delivered to a buyer.

When this service begins, people represented in a purchased list may have no direct relationship with Aimbot. Reselling identifiable consumer records can constitute a sale of personal information under applicable privacy laws. We will not characterize those transactions solely as website analytics or ordinary service-provider processing.

Before acquiring or selling consumer-list data, we will update this policy to identify the actual data categories, sources, purposes, buyer and recipient categories, retention practices, and applicable rights procedures. We will also address supplier permissions, suppression requirements, and applicable data-broker obligations. Those operations are not active on this launch site.

List information is intended for permitted marketing, not insurance underwriting, eligibility decisions, credit, employment, or tenant screening. A person’s inclusion in a list does not establish that they requested an insurance quote, expressed current buying intent, or consented to a particular sender’s email. Permitted outreach depends on applicable law, supplier licenses, and the sender’s service-provider rules.

6. Cookies, advertising, and visitor identification

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and interactions. It uses first-party cookies and processes device/browser and usage information. We disable Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in our tag configuration. We do not add contact-form or privacy-request contents to Analytics events. You can learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We have not installed Meta advertising pixels, Google advertising tags, Opensend visitor-identification scripts, or Brevo marketing integrations on this launch site. We do not currently match anonymous website visitors to email identities or build advertising audiences from their visits.

Hosting infrastructure may process technical information and use necessary technologies to deliver the website, secure requests, and provide platform traffic statistics. Our own website code does not set advertising cookies. Fonts and brand assets are served with the site.

Meta and Google advertising tools, Brevo email marketing, and Opensend visitor identification are under consideration for a later phase. Before enabling a provider, we will update the relevant disclosures and implement applicable consent and opt-out controls. Brevo currently handles operational form-notification emails as described in Section 4; its marketing and visitor-tracking integrations are not active.

Global Privacy Control. Our Google Analytics tag disables measurement when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not currently perform advertising-related sales or sharing on this website. A browser signal alone does not identify records in an offline list. You can use our privacy-request page to make a request about identified information. Any future sale, sharing, or tracking implementation must honor applicable opt-out preference signals.

7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, the information involved, and whether the relevant law applies to our business, you may have rights to:

  • Know whether we process your personal information and learn about its categories, sources, purposes, disclosures, and sales.
  • Access your information and obtain a portable copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information or request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Opt out of sales, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
  • Limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable.
  • Appeal a denied request where that right applies, and exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.

California residents. Where the CCPA applies, these rights include knowing the categories and specific pieces of information collected, and the categories of information disclosed or sold and the recipients involved. The current collection and disclosure categories are described in Sections 2 and 4. Since this site’s launch, we have not operated the planned consumer-list resale service. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about visitors.

You may also ask about disclosures for third parties’ own direct marketing under California’s Shine the Light law, where applicable. Residents of other U.S. states may have additional rights under their state’s laws. We accept privacy questions and requests from all U.S. residents and explain how we can address your request.

8. How to make a request

Use our privacy-request form, email team@aimbotleads.com, or write to our business mailing address below. You do not need an account or a marketing subscription. Describe what you want us to do and provide only enough information to identify the relevant records.

Verification. Access, correction, and deletion requests may require proportionate verification to protect your information. We do not require identity verification for a sale/share opt-out; we may need enough information to locate the records covered by it. Do not send government identification, account passwords, financial account numbers, or medical records through the form.

Authorized agents. You may submit through an authorized agent as permitted by law. We may request evidence of authorization and, where permitted for the type of request, direct confirmation from you. Requirements differ for opt-out requests.

Timing and appeals. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Where the CCPA applies, access, correction, and deletion requests generally receive a substantive response within 45 calendar days, subject to a permitted extension with notice; sale/share opt-outs are processed as soon as feasible and within 15 business days. If we deny a request, we explain the reason, subject to lawful limitations. To appeal, email us with “Privacy appeal” and the request reference. We will provide the applicable outcome and complaint options.

Email preferences. You can withdraw your subscription choice by emailing us with “Unsubscribe,” using the privacy form, or following an unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send. We honor marketing-email opt-outs within 10 business days. Necessary replies to an inquiry or privacy request may continue.

Where an exception permits us to retain information, we limit its use to the applicable purpose. We may retain a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting you or reintroducing information contrary to your choice.

9. Retention and security

We retain inquiry and correspondence information while needed to respond, manage an ongoing business discussion, or meet legal and dispute-resolution obligations. Subscription-preference records are retained while needed to manage your choice. Privacy-request and suppression records are retained as needed to document compliance and continue honoring your instructions. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, the relationship, legal requirements, and whether a dispute is pending; we do not keep records simply because storage is available.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and legally required retention. Short-lived form-abuse counters expire after a maximum of two days and expired counters are cleared when the form next receives a valid submission.

The hosted website uses HTTPS. Form submissions are stored separately from public page content, and this website exposes no public endpoint for reading submissions. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to our operations, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid including confidential consumer data in an inquiry.

Our business is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. We do not represent that every provider processes information exclusively in one country.

10. Children and sensitive information

This website is intended for adults acting in a professional business capacity. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information or sell or share it. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

We do not request government identification numbers, precise location, medical information, financial account credentials, or other sensitive information through our launch forms. Please do not submit it. We do not offer a consumer insurance-application or insurance-eligibility service through this website.

Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own practices. This policy does not govern an independent third party’s website.

11. Updates and contact information

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will give additional notice or obtain consent before a new use. Future product descriptions do not override the disclosures that apply when information is collected.
